9. Order Cancellation
A customer may cancel an order as long as the products are in the “collection” stage and the shipping/invoicing process has not yet begun. Cancellation requests should be made via phone or email to eshop@stopmarket.gr.
10. Refunds
If a customer cancels an order after payment, a full refund will be issued. For cash deposits, a bank account must be provided. For credit card payments, the refund will be processed back to the card.
11. Return Policy
You have the right to return products and request replacement in cases of:
- Proven fault of stopmarket.gr: (Wrong product, defective quality, damaged during transport). “stop&shop” covers return and shipping costs.
- Manufacturing defects: Covered by the product warranty.
Conditions: Returns must occur within 14 calendar days of receipt and must be accompanied by the original receipt and all packaging.
12. Payment Methods
- Bank Deposit: Piraeus Bank (IBAN: GR4601727580005758082437680). Orders are processed after the deposit is confirmed. Orders not paid within 2 business days will be canceled.
- Credit Card: Supported cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro. Transactions are secured via Piraeus Bank’s SSL encryption.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment is made to the courier upon receipt.
13. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery location, volume, and weight of the order before payment completion.
