SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
Which areas does stopmarket.gr cover?
stopmarket.gr ships your order anywhere you are located within Greece.
Perishable Goods: Please note that perishable items—such as Refrigerator/Freezer products and Fresh Produce (Greens/Vegetables)—are not sent via courier or transport companies. These items are available for purchase through our online store only within the wider local map area that we cover with our own delivery vehicles within 24 hours.
When will I receive my order?
During the checkout process, you can choose the shipping method that best fits your needs:
1. Delivery in 2-3 Business Days
For products that are immediately available for shipping outside our local delivery range, dispatch from our online store occurs within 2-3 business days. The final delivery time depends on the current workload of the transport company. For island destinations and remote (inaccessible) areas, delivery times may be longer.
2. Within Chania (Local Delivery Range)
If your order is over €25, you are eligible for Free Delivery via our own means within 24 hours.
3. Outside Chania (National Shipping)
- Courier Service: Orders outside Chania are handled by ACS.
- Shipping Fees: There is a fixed charge of €7.00 (up to 2kg) + €1.00 for every additional kilogram.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): In the case of COD, the customer is charged an additional service fee of €2.00.
- Heavy/Bulky Orders: If you wish to place an overweight order (e.g., large containers of liquids, bulk sodas, or detergents), please contact us to arrange shipping in coordination with our partner transport company.
In-Store Pickup
For all local orders, there is the option to pick up your items from our physical store at Filias ton Laon, Sody Kalathas, Chania (+30 28210 69786) with no shipping charges. Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Store Operating Hours:
- Monday – Saturday: 07:00 – 22:00
- Sunday: 08:00 – 22:00
- Public Holidays: Closed
Online Shop Delivery Hours (Local Chania Range): Our delivery service for the local Chania area operates daily from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Orders placed within the wider local zone before 17:00 will be delivered by 21:00 the same day.
- Orders placed after 17:00 will be delivered the following day (always within a 24-hour window).
- Important: In-store pickups must be completed within 48 hours of notification that the order is ready.
Product Availability
In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, you will be notified via email or telephone regarding your order status. If you are looking for a product that appears unavailable on the site, please contact us directly via email or phone, and we will do our best to assist you.
