Description
Tender grape leaves harvested in Spring, during the period of April to May. They are washed and packed in glass jars with brine, without the use of preservatives. The harvesting process is completed within a few hours, ensuring that the grape leaves retain all their freshness and flavor. They do not require blanching. They are packed as soon as they are picked, which allows them to maintain their freshness and bright green color. They come from wild grapevines that do not produce grapes and are never sprayed.Ideal for preparing your homemade dolmadakia!Although dolmas, yaprak, and yalandji are names of Turkish origin, the wonderful dishes created with them certainly have a Greek character. With a little extra imagination, we can even create a type of sushi, replacing the seaweed with grape leaves.
