The unique hue of this wine beautifully mirrors the distinct color of prickly pears.Here, the cosmopolitan Cabernet Franc intertwines harmoniously with the high-altitude, pink-skinned Roditis. Aged on their fine lees (sur lies), they create a soft, elegant, and gastronomic rosé featuring a complex body and crisp, refreshing aromas of berries, ripe apricots, green strawberries, citrus fruits, redcurrants, and fern.
