Description

TEMPI Feta is produced from fresh pasteurized Greek sheep or goat milk according to a traditional recipe.
It is matured in brine and is distinguished by its stable quality and rich flavor. It is a white cheese with a sour taste.
The use of Feta is widely known throughout the world, as the main ingredient of the village salad.
Furthermore, Feta has been associated mainly with Mediterranean cuisine and is a landmark of it throughout the world.
Feta (and we are referring of course to PDO feta, only this is called “feta”), stars every season on the table, accompanying a seasonal olive oil dish, on top of the village cheese, on a dako, in the filling of a cheese pie or some other appetizer. The Greeks consider it something like our national cheese, we love it very much and consume it every moment of the day, while its popularity has spread all over the world, for its special, rich flavor.
