Description
Vidiano is a native Cretan grape variety, beautifully revived thanks to the vision of the island’s pioneering winemakers and viticulturists. Today, this variety is gaining widespread acclaim, cultivated and vinified by almost every winemaker in Crete. It is rightfully celebrated as the “Cretan Diva.”
Vidiano yields fruity and creamy wines with a stellar acid balance—a quality further enhanced by our organic vineyards’ exposure to cooling northern winds. It is the perfect choice for wine enthusiasts seeking white wines with excellent cellaring potential.

Nose / Aromatic Profile:An elegant aromatic profile defined by an intense fruity character. Dominant notes of apricot, peach, and toffee (butter caramel).
Winemaking:50% of the grapes undergo cold maceration (skin contact) for a few hours at low temperatures. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Following alcoholic fermentation, the wine matures on its fine lees for a few months with periodic stirring (bâtonnage) to develop its signature structure and body.
Appearance / Color:Bright yellow with greenish hues.
Palate:Creamy texture, crisp acidity, and a long, lingering finish.
